Brahmani Developer (P) Ltd. is established in the year 2008. BDPL has a mission to fulfill the name of the mass with integrity, cost effectiveness, modishness and style. It has been aiming to craft new milestone in infrastructure business in steel city of Rourkela and across Orissa.
The Company has started with its 1st project “Vyas Complex” with a slogan “Sapne Apke, Mehnat Hamari, Ghar Apka”. In the 1st phase it has taken up project “Vyas Residency” comprising of 56 Apartments which were almost booked within a week of launching.

BDPL is established in the year 2008 with a vision of bringing fast development work in Rourkela and making it a bright city by construction of Apartments, Market Complex, Malls etc. it has also many projects in pipe line at other cities in Orissa.
The Promoters and Directors of BDPL has a vast experience in the field of Civil Construction and infrastructure development. The Directors of the Company are old resident of Rourkela (minimum of 70 years) with a strong financial background, which give additional mass to the Company.
BDPL have all the modern Equipments, Man Powers, Senior Architects and Civil Engineers to add to its strength in construction line. So that it can take up any kind of constructions. As on date the Company is going on with industrial and commercial construction activities like Power Plant project of Shree Ganesh Metallicks Ltd., “Shanti Tower” a Shopping Mall in the Rourkela, a road project of Rourkela Steel Plant. |
